Refund policy
At ANDRIOTISHOES handmade shoe workshop we care to provide you with the best remote shopping experience by offering you the opportunity to return and replace the product you bought with another or the same in a different size if the raw materials for its creation are available and the product has not been already used by you.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and marketable.
To replace a product you will need to submit your request in writing by sending it to email: andriotishoes@gmail.com within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day that you received it. We will make sure to answer you as soon as possible giving you the option to choose another of our products which will be sent to you through the partner courier/postal service whose cost will be borne by you. For the region of Attica, returns/exchanges are free of charge.
Concerning the products at a discount, it is acceptable to replace them but they can not be refunded.
Refunds are only accepted if there are no stocks of the items you want and our workshop decides that we can not give you alternatives to the products you request. If it is decided that you are entitled to a refund, it will be made within fourteen (14) working days of the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. ANDRIOTISHOES workshop is not responsible for any additional charges of your bank.
Our products are 100% handmade and may differ from the photos.
In case of incorrect shipment of a product we are fully responsible for the replacement and delivery of the correct product, fully covering the cost of delivery after the product is shipped back to us having its original condition. The replacement request must be made within three (3) days from the incorrect delivery of the product and after you have previously contacted the company via email.
In all cases, the return of the product must be done with all the accompanying documents (eg receipt, etc.) and the complete packaging.
